Egg whites at Monsieur Cuisine

- 6 egg whites
- ½ tsp. lemon juice
- Preparation5 minutes
- 1. Place the Monsieur Cuisine bowl in the fridge for 30 minutes. Take the eggs out of the fridge.
- 2. Install the bowl then pour in the egg whites and run for 30 sec at speed 2, without the measuring cup.
- 3. Add the lemon juice and run 4 min at speed 4, still without the cup. It’s ready!
For simply perfect Monsieur Cuisine egg whites, refrigerate the bowl but use room temperature eggs. Lemon juice is not essential, but it helps to stabilize the rise of the whites. Finally, do not skip the climb in two stages, starting moderately before accelerating!
