- 3 Toulouse sausages
- 5 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 cube of vegetables
- 100ml water
- 2 tbsp. heavy cream
- 1 C. olive oil
- Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
PREPARATION :
- Preparation5 minutes
- Cooking15 mins
- 1.Peel and slice the onions. Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces.
- 2.In the Cookeo robot tank, put the olive oil and start the browning function. Immediately add the onions and the Toulouse sausages and leave to brown for 3 minutes
- 3.Add the potatoes, water, vegetable cube, parsley, salt and pepper then start cooking under pressure for 12 minutes
- 4.Add the fresh cream and serve
