Milk chocolate ganache with the Thermomix
Very simply, make a milk chocolate ganache with the Thermomix to garnish your cakes, decorate your cupcakes, stuff your macaroons or even decorate your most varied desserts… This ganache works very well with a piping bag when it is cooled and well sure, it’s delicious! To obtain a beautiful result and chocolate that melts well, choose quality milk chocolate, special for baking.
- 200g milk chocolate
- 160 g whole liquid fresh cream

- 1. Place the milk chocolate cut into pieces in the bowl of the Thermomix. Spray 10 seconds speed 10 (be careful, it’s noisy). Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula.
- 2. Add the full liquid cream to the bowl and heat for 4 mins at 60°C, speed 3.
- 3. Depending on your needs, use the ganache when it has cooled down, or let it cool completely in the fridge so that it thickens and can be worked with a piping bag.
With this same recipe for milk chocolate ganache with the Thermomix, you can make a whipped ganache with an airy texture. To do this, cool your preparation completely in the fridge and whip it with a mixer (be careful, if you whip too long, it may slice).
