Lemon, Honey & Ginger Holiday Detox Infusion
Need to detoxify your body after the holidays? Make yourself a holiday detox herbal tea lemon honey and ginger. This detox recipe is perfect for burning fat and fighting fatigue after holiday meals. - 4cm fresh ginger
- 4 tbsp. honey
- 2 lemons
- 1 liter of water

- 1.In a saucepan, bring water to a boil over low heat.
- 2. Meanwhile, peel and cut the ginger into thin strips. Cut the lemons in half. Over a bowl, squeeze them with a fork or citrus press to extract the juice from the lemon. Book.
- 3.In a teapot or pitcher, pour the ginger, honey, and lemon juice. When the water is boiling, pour it over the ingredients in the pitcher. Mix everything well. Serve hot, warm, or cold according to your preference.
