Easy Nutella wrap
Discover without further delay this quick recipe for a soft cake that will delight young and old alike. To cook your nutella-rolled biscuit, you will prepare a cooked sponge cake, topped with Nutella. Depending on your wishes, you can replace the spread with jam, caramel, pastry cream, etc. In short, let your creativity do the talking!
- 4 eggs
- 80g wheat flour
- 100g caster sugar
- 110g Nutella
- 1 pinch of salt

- 1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6). Separate the egg whites from the yolks in two bowls. Add a pinch of salt (optional) to the egg whites and whip them until stiff. In the second bowl, blanch the egg yolks with the powdered sugar with a whisk.
- 2.Add the wheat flour to the preparation and mix again vigorously. Gently fold in the egg whites using a spatula. Spread the cake batter on a baking sheet covered with a sheet of parchment paper. Bake the sponge cake for 10 minutes.
- 3.When it comes out of the oven, place the sponge cake on a clean, damp cloth (paper side up). Roll it up and then wait a bit. Then unroll it and easily peel it off the parchment paper. Spread it with nutella, roll up again. Your Nutella roll is ready. Reserve it in the refrigerator until the moment of tasting.
You can easily decorate your Nutella roll by coating it with a beautiful chocolate glaze. To do this, melt dark chocolate with a little icing sugar and a touch of liquid cream. Mix to obtain a homogeneous topping and distribute it on your roll. Let’s set before tasting.
